These terms govern your use of the GoodMornia app (“the app”), developed by Hüseyin Hasılcı. By using the app you agree to them.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Payments are handled by Apple/Google; we do not process or store payment details.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Alarms and reminders depend on your device, its operating system, notification settings, battery, and permissions, and may fail to trigger. Do not rely on GoodMornia as your only method for critical wake-ups or time-sensitive events where a missed alert could cause harm or loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from missed or delayed alarms/reminders or from use of the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
